Latin American Foundation for the Future is a small UK registered charity whose mission is to improve the lives of young and vulnerable people in Latin America, with a particular focus on street children in the Cusco region of Peru.

LAFF's vision is a Latin America in which children who are born into the cycle of poverty are supported and given the tools to be able to break out of that cycle for themselves.

Our values are to Educate, Empower, Enable.

Our focus is on Sustainability and Independence.

We aim to:
• Help those children living on the street and doing hazardous work to thrive. Help protect them from violence and abuse, and support them into adulthood with a good education, life skills, employable skills and a sense of self-worth.
• Help children's homes to support children in their care towards a better future, by ensuring their self-sustainability. Our aim is to enable projects to be independent of outside help, not dependent on it. This help takes the form of income-generation activity, energy efficiency and cost reduction, enabling them to be less reliant on outside funding.
