the laboyd woman and Mcmann were present during the drug deal, it went south, Mcmann shot them and forced her to take him and his gun off the property. thats why she was so freaked out when the neighbour saw her driving away from the property. she rushed back and called the police. the evidence in the case was lost because the police wanted it to be lost. most likely somebody at the PD was in on it. why? bc he was in on the drug trade and bc Mcmann was ``big in drugs`` back then.

If the cops and DA had done their jobs at the time the murders occured, they probably would have arrested the right man. I'm happy for Scott but I feel so bad for the victims and their families because they've yet to get any justice.

i'm so glad he was set free. i wish the victim's families could see the evidence that he really didn't do it, but i guess its easier for them to believe he did than have to go thru it all again.

Well, if the state did not behave appropriately concerning the evidentiary rules, the state must either retry Kenon or overturn his previous guilty verdict. Our justice system is designed to minimize the chance of wrongfully convict some one.
