  • "Like it" or not, arms come in all shapes and sizes. lol..you ask us not to call you fat, yet call yourself fat..leave the hate out of your lessons and more people might pay attention to what your saying instead of focusing on the faults you so clearly point out. My arms are lovely, strong yet soft, and they look just like yours...sexy.. great technique..

  • Thank you for your comment. I point out faults because we as people tend to dwell on them and not to think about ways to accectuate the wonderful parts. I love my size... I love my body! My idea has always been to encumpas ALL! I have LOTS of students of all shapes and sizes and I encourage them all. They all want to look the best they can,

I don't care what you call me, because I love me! I am "fat" by normal American "standards" but that is fine with me. Some ppl like my teaching style.

  • Oooo! Thank you for posting this! You're a very good teacher!

  • Thank you!!!!

  • It's good, I've problems with the arms --well I am in the first year of tribal fusion ^P

I save that in my favourites ^^

Thanx to put that in utube!!

  • Your very welcome!

  • i love your videos, thank you!!

  • As a dancer myself, THANKYOU! I've noticed alot with the arms and I do have somewhat of that biggness in my arms and have been concerned with that. Love the humor and its true, these are common mistakes that I get tired of seeing myself. Some to close to the body, some to far away, stiff or way to technical. THANKYOU AGAIN-PLEASE KEEP POSTING!

  • Thank you soo much. You really did help me a lot.

  • Awesome! Thanks for those great explanations - you obviously know what you're doing, and you have a sense of humour about it. And I love the fluidity in your shoulders, arms and hands.

  • Thanks for posting. I can tell a beginner dancer from an experienced one just by her arm position and facial expressions while dancing.

  • You are right to point out the unsightly postures of arms!! not so much of the flab but because of the difference in grace of the movement.

  • Whew! That was depressing. Too many complaints & judgmental comments. I don't know anyone who "likes" flabby arms and extra body fat. We know it is unattractive, but it isn't as important as you make it seem. Many of us are comfortable with our flaws and don't dwell on them as much as you do. It would be lovely if you would make a clip that teaches the pretty moves without the negative chatter. Please show us how to do some arm transitions, since you really do have good ideas . Thanks

  • I do like your teaching style! Straight forward and to the point, with great tips on how to accentuate our positives as well.. I was just thrown off by the self-talk. I did watch the video 3x..so it works..lol..
