About 2,000 people attended a Tea Party rally at Cook Park in San Juan Capistrano, CA, on September 12, 2009. Speakers and attendees said they were concerned about the rapid expansion of government control over individual's health care and lives in general, and the resultant high national debt and high taxes that would result.
