Looks like 12x24 or 12x20 Harmon Fading or Safetran Ball LED's with Safetran Type 3 Electronic Bells.

It is 12x24 lights and I believe they are Harmon.

There are new ped gates in place. The older ones were VERY rare.

That sucks they had to get rid of the old WCH m-bell! I think it was working perfectly well!! But at least a rare Safetran e-bell is better than a usaul GS Type 2.
