Oblivious mobile phone user

This chap was trying to hide the fact that he was using a mobile phone (holding it on his lap, using the speaker phone). However he was completely oblivious to that fact that I was standing next to him, watching and filming him. Who says using a mobile doesn't distract!

When someone can afford the running costs of a 5-series, is £30 for a hands-free bluetooth unit to clip to the sunvisor too expensive for them?

Personally I'd double the fines and points for drivers caught on the phone - it's dangerous, selfish and no-one bothers about the current penalties.

Keep the videos coming - maybe naming and shaming some people online will make them take a little more care with their driving.
