Its an interesting iissue, cause on one hand, it is JD's appartment, and I am guessing his name is the one on the lease because JD got it before Turk said he would move in with him.

On the other hand, I dont think JD could afford the appartment by himself, he would need a roomie, and i think Elliot was really mad at him by this eppisode.

I think wouldve been the jerk and say "It's MY appartment, you leave"
