What about bacteria learning to digest nylon (which has existed for less than 100 years). This has been recorded to have happened through a frameshift mutation.

Apperently the earth during the Pangea period was warmer so water levels were higher. Stands to reason that land was less above the water, right? Don't get me wrong, I loved the entire science mentioned on this video.

Totally unrelated(?)but hopefully relevant, but high-intensity performers like Steven Tyler(I can't help but notice)have huge nostrils. More oxygen, more power and endurance, and stronger vocal range.

I think the nostrils were quite a bit bigger than a horse and they may not have been that in stress of Oxygen even if air is part of what happened to them. That is just going too far. The possibilities are endless for what humans could have done under those conditions. It's not that they would have approached science fiction but still. They just weren't the same as people today.
