You're right, the gov't can't ban groups based on their beliefs. I have nothing against being proud of one's heritage, be it European, African, Hispanic, Asian, etc. What I don't agree with and find problem with is the hatred and violence preached against others. Groups like the Klan are in my eyes nothing but insecure, because they can't love themselves and feel proud without trying to take away from someone else. That's the real travesty.

I would agree if the crips and bloods were fighting a just war, like standing up for the rights of their community or opposing the KKK. But the Crips, bloods, and other gangs don't do anything but FURTHER the KKK's cause and actually do their job for them. These gangs kill more minorities than the KKK ever could.
