People Are a Trip #58: Speed Bumps

I went home, drove my mother's car, and hit speedbumps. Street philosophy in the suburbs of Baltimore.

we just got new speed bumps in the trailer court my parents live in,the manager put HUGE ones right in front of our house,and our house only as if we're the only ones who speed! My sister got mad and got out of her car and kicked them down in front of him.

i live in maryland too, and we have those speed humps in my area. I understand the idea of them but I completely HATE them. I only think they have an effect on a person's speed prior to the bump. They cause more wear and tear on your brakes, and increase fuel usage. They've been putting them EVERYWHERE around me, one day everything is perfect and then the next; TRAGEDY-speed humps have infected that neighborhood.

hahaha!We don't call the speedbumps here. We call them potholes. Same effect! :)
