he needs a good qb coach, and jim harbaugh to help him out, he could develop into a GREAT qb, he just needs to learn to be an nfl style passer. the talent is definetely there though. jim harbaugh is probably the best thing that has happened to that team in a while and he will enable the team to blossom to its true potential.
