@megadog103 Not really. I ran GTA IV with an Athlon 64 4000+ @ 2.6GHz with 2GB Samsung DDR2 5300 @ 325MHz, and a ASUS nVidia GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 @ 560MHz/1400MHz back in 2008 when it first came out. All low settings, decent FPS.

@xxwesleyxxful its not about memory but about the processor... You will need a 4-core processor to run GTAIV... You'll only need about 2 gb of ram.
