If you carefully look at Indian culture - it is nothing like it was 200 years ago. People knew much better - today they are dumbed down into thinking that culture does not go beyond religious zeal and attacking "western" tendencies. Indians are wise in keeping govt out of their business and resorting to black marketing, tax evasion and the much vilianized "smuggling". In fact, Indians were wise enough to practice these arts long before history notes them as such.

In our culture this matter was resolved by family member or community leader and matter was kept secret. The matter was resolved in one or two month. All these government officers are looking jobs for them self. What they do is to prolong the matter and end this in divorce. Poor children suffer but who cares? I fully believe in my culture. Mere ram mere Shiva .unfortunately Gandhi did not realize that he fight independence for thuger of India

You have no idea what "freedom to speak" is. Learn what to be free means before bitching about what I think.
Otherwise. This is a waste of time for me. Indian citizens are slaves and slaves don't get to keep their culture. Just read your constitution - it says clearly that you have no rights. You are to serve the ruling elites, although uses "public property" to soften the blow.
