Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Coach Marc Spataro of Moto Pro Training and Jarrod McClure, a Pro ATV racer attempt the 40/40 Challenge Push Ups into Knee ups. This is a great work out and will improve strength, endurance, balance, and stability. These workouts are great for those with limited workout time, who want a fast and efficient program which will produce results.
