Funny enough that those ignorant fools who criticise on this video don't understand a word of the song. Song was an intro to an album called Wall Street, an album pointing out the up- and most certainly the downsides of the stock market just before the bubble burst. So the reason why that speech was used is quite obvious. Oh yeah, you heard of the bubble, right? Losers.
