Miley-(reaches into his pocket and pulls his phone out and gives it to him)

Nick-why do you care so much?

Miley-even though I hate her, this could be serious

Nick-okay fine (calls Selena)

Selena-(whispers with a scratch voice) h-hello

Nick-(unsure)Selena?

Selena-(still whispering)-ya whats up?

Miley-(listening to everything)

Nick-why are you whispering?

Selena-uhh because uhh its late(she says stuttering)

Nick-its only 9

Selena-oh(quickly changes the subject) w-why are you calling?

Nick-everyones worried about you. Your not at school or answering calls

Selena-(now nervous)uhh ive been sick

Nick-you dont sounds very sick

Selena-well I am and im also grounded

Nick-I dont believe you. How about you give me the truth

Selena-well I.

??-(a guys voice in the background on selenas end) what are you doing?! And how did you find your phone?!

Nick-selena?

Selena-(line goes dead)

Nick-hmm I guess she really is grounded. (looks at miley) I take it you heard everything?

Miley-ya and are you sure?

Nick-no not really, but theres nothing we can do unless she tells the truth

Miley-im a little worried Nick

Nick-(wraps his arms around her) you have nothing to worry about. I promise I wont let anything happen to you.

Miley-(wraps her arms around him too)thanks, but I ment im worried about Selena

Nick-im sure shes going to be fine. Shes strong

Miley-if you say so (looks at the clock in the treehouse) its getting late we should probably go in

Nick-(stands up) okay ill see you at school?

Miley-ya (smiles and kisses him goodnight)

Nick-(depens it for a little then pulls away and leaves)

Miley-(watches him leave and quietly says) god ive got the most amazing boyfriend. I dont plan on every loosing him again.

WHEN NICK GETS HOME

Joe-(throws a suite case at him)

Nick-(dodges it) what the hell was that for?!

Joe-for you!

Nick-uhh why?

Kevin-(walks in with a smile) start packing!

Nick-(getting annoyed) yet again I ask WHY!?

Joe-were going on a 2 year tour!

Nick-(jaw drops) your kidding?! When!?

Kevin-in a week!

Nick-(in shock at how soon) WHAT?!
