He highlights that Asian nations, most notable China, may have an edge on leading the green economy of the future.

@stephentsang2000 exaggerated or not, it's scale alone have enough influence to fundamentally change the game. this cannot be understated. a 10% adoption rate in China has a larger impact than a 80% adoption rate in France, that is why it is worth paying attention to even if its market actually less matured.
