A dumbell 3 kg heavier than myself! It is slightly unbalanced and forces me to loose control as soon as the beginning of the movement. Nevertheless, almost 200 lbs in one hand...

  • you are jerking the weight, the only thing that should move is your arm

  • nice work. should have one leg up on that bench though, you're getting tons of momentum from your legs as it is
