"the researcher who's busy publicizing these surprising findings about omega-6's and their effect on inflammation, well he just happens to be selling a book about that issue and a diet program and hosts a website devoted to it as well."

  • Look up this article in google:

"Popular Fish, Tilapia, Contains Potentially Dangerous Fatty Acid Combination"

Tilapia has higher levels of potentially detrimental long-chain omega-6 fatty acids than 80-percent-lean hamburger, doughnuts and even pork bacon, the inflammatory potential of hamburger and pork bacon is lower than the average serving of farmed tilapia.

  • I just made this but without capers (I didn't have any) and it is absolutely delicious!

  • nice recipe. i added salt, pepper, paprika, garlic power and thyme to the flour for some nice seasoning. definitely need a nice hot pan/hot oil to get a great sear and color on the fish. keep cooked fillets in a warming over while you cook the butter sauce,,,and then place the fillets back in the butter sauce at the end to warm them through..

  • @ Ouchyfoot (Probably chancres from syphilis) If you're such an awesome cook, why don't you put up a video to dazzle us with your Tilapia cooking techniques?
