@roylwchez i know what you mean. for me too the noise of my bulldog snoring was the calmest thing to listen to because i know she was there with me.

When my bullie died that was the hardest thing to live with out I could listen to him sleep all day and night long.

what a beautiful bulldog. I would not be able to do anything but watch him all day. anyway, just a recommendation (not a criticism) since it's obvious you love you dog and he looks fabulous except for the dry nose probably due to allergies. Olive oil is great on a dog nose and it's healthy if he licks his nose .that's what i gave my 2 bullies.

You should follow the advice of the other posters regarding the vaseline for his nose.
