Is there a market for the mulch that is produced, and what is the mulch used for?

Or is it just to get rid of the vegitation and reduce the fire hazzard?

@JGMagoo Hi there from aus. we grind up vegetation to reduce land fill & make compost for gardens. we also mix it with bio soilds to make a fertalizer for improveing soils. we do do some for fire hazard reduction but manly to stop people in built up area's burning it in there back yard's.

That's one helluva machine, was that the one in Truchin' Life? How much fuel / hour? What if some steel gets dropped in accidentally?

@gm16v149 hi there, yeah this is the machine that was in truckin life in 2009 at the penrith truck show. It conshumes between 140lts to 240lts of diesel p/hr depending on what matrial your grinding and how hard your driveing it. Steel is a problem, it either grinds it up till it goes through the screens or throws it till it goes out of site. I have ground up car engines, car rims, sledge hammers, train track just about every thing that people throw out in there green waste.
