makes an important factual admission, of his failure
to prosecute Perjury in Family Court. Inserted is the beating with a broom of John by his now EX-wife in 2003.

This guy is a prosecutor? Well yes he is and in the highest tradition of prosecutors like Mike Nifong. There is a tradition in American courts to treat women special and above the law. Gail Mangum is an excellent example.

A couple of comments:

1. There isn't a DA in this country that pursues perjury in Family Court; and

2. My wife was convicted of felony domestic violence and child abuse in criminal court but I still lost custody of my son for over 2 years during temp orders. I was finally able to get to 50% time but it's cost me everything. I've lost my job, was forced into bankruptcy, lost my home, and have lost all of my retirement.

Lessons learned? Don't get married.

Yes, she eventually recused herself after I sued her in Federal Court but that was after most of the damage had been done.

Most family courts and the court system as a whole are quite proud of their sexual harassment and their gender bias against men. Courts as a group proud of feminazi bias. As long as courts violate law which favors women then there is no violation of law. Women in court are special like Nazi party members were special in the German courts of the late 1930's so you will just have to get over it. This is a politically correct country not a nation of equal laws.
