oh i would like you stated get a f 2.8 or in short a fixed f all through the zoom on which ever lens you go for.....

hmmmmm would you not "say for instance using a 75-300 is usm 4-5.6 F" just set the F to 5.6 then your zoom free without dark problems what you are stating !!!!!!, just a thought.....nick

Great video. I just upgraded from 500d to 7D.



it is a fstop change cause on 18mm it is 3,5 and on 55mm is 5,6 so it changes from 3,5 to 5,6 when you zoom. Should get a 28-70 f2,8 which can zoom without fstop changes.

@chungdha It is not due to this issue. You can set the lens at 5.6 at 18mm and you will still have this same exact issue while zooming.
