Half-Life 2 Episode 1 Glitch (Xbox 360)

A glitch in Half-Life 2 Episode 1 in the level Lowlife. After clearing out the parking garage, Alyx somehow got stuck and I cleared the rest of the level never noticing she was gone. After activating the elevator and triggering the zombies, I could enter the elevator when it arrived, but without Alyx, it didn't go anywhere. Going back to Alyx releaved that she even was immune to all the zombies spilling out from the garage ...
