i've read some theory of it regarding the accepted for value process

that relies on the UCC code to differentiate value in negotiable instruments as opposed to value in contracts

@kdcruz75 That video did not deal with the law of value, negotiation, bargaining, or any of that, but rather was an explanation of how the notes are sold, in that, the very notes themselves are negotiable. Most people do not understand that their bank does not care about the note because they have nothing to do with it except to service it for the noteholder and/or owner.
