If so, this is most interesting. Or will you be adhering to ATOC guidance, and removing the admission that tickets are "complicated" not "simple"?

0:40 "If you have an Off Peak ticket you will generally only be able to travel after 0930" - I'm not aware of *any* ticket of the type "Off Peak" that is priced by TPE that only allows travel after 0930! Did you mean "Off Peak Day"? The ticket type "Off Peak" used to be called Saver and before you took over the franchise these tickets were valid at any time on the Trans Pennine route. TPE made them generally restricted based on ARRIVAL time if travelling to Leeds, York Manchester or Liverpool.

Many of the Off Peak Return's which i've come across priced by TPE for travel on North and South TPE bar arrival into Manchester/Shefffield/York/Leeds before 0930 however do not prevent travel before 0930 as long as you arrive into these destinations after 0930 or the train you are travelling on arrives into these destinations after 0930. Also a number of TPE priced Off Peak Returns carry restriction code 8A which allows completely unrestricted travel.
