Theres actually a list of pokemon with the highest base stat total, the "strongest", on Serebii.net. Thats really the closest way I can think of to make a true ultimate team list. Although you really cant, as there are different types, moves, natures, items, and strategies of the trainers. Thats why I still like Pokemon as much as I do. It takes so much strategy and planning and thought, and no one can truly be the very best (like no one ever was).

Chansey is a better choice than blissey. Chanset has the eviolite advantage, boosting both its def and spdef much higher than blissey, thus surviving much longer. same for scyther, and porygon2.

This is in no way the "Ultimate Team". You are an example of the type of people who think legend = POWER. Just because these Pokèmon are legendaries does not, in no way, mean that they together make the "Ultimate Team", as you may think. Wanna-be.

I Tryed Ev Training Chansey's Atk, And Sp. Atk And It Didn't Grow Much :\ Then When It Evolved I Thought It's Stats Would Improve In EV Training.... It Didnt :| So I Guess You Did Something Else Or Something... If You Did Please Tell Me. I Quited On My Blissey At Level 60+
