If your fan grills suck (Have very few holes), then yes static pressure matters

Are these fans any good as case fans? I know these fans have crap static pressure but is that really important for case fans?

You are right.
People thumbs downing you should really do their research.
Slipstreams have crap static pressure, and are cheap for a reason.

You're joking, right? The video DOES show its airflow behind a radiator. It's a piece of shit anyway, 80mm motor and shoddy sleeve bearing, lots of reports of this fan dying after a few months.
