Jehovah Witness's Gravesite of Charles Taze Russell

This is Charles Taze Russel's tombstone and memorial. It seems like this 7 foot tall pyramid was put here by the Watchtower. One of the things that I found interesting that I didn't know was that each side had a "Holy Bible" with names on them. Like they were the book of Life.

Another thing that struck me was that it said "Dead with Christ" and "Risen with Christ".

I was brought up as a Jehovahs Witness and it left the most horrific and terrible result on my life that you could possibly imagine. Everybody was living double lives and there was really bad physical and sexual harm going on that had a lasting impact on my life. Just watching this gives me the creeps and I can't believe that they are still allowed to wreck havoc and harm still in our society today. As for my own mother and family , I don't even speak to them anymore. what evil hypocrites them.

Too many holes and inconsistencies in the JW religion.The end of the world was predicted how many times? Michael the archangel is not the brother of Jesus! etc.. etc... always remember that every knee will bow, every tongue will confess J E S U S is LORD!

@jazzbassf I left of my own accord after I discovered the truth about "The Truth". I was summarily disfellowshipped for apostasy which in and of itself is kinda amusing considering Jesus and the Apostles were treated the exact same way by the Jewish religion.

well JWs are not 'religion worshippers'. They do not use this concept of Masonic structure in their teachings today. The beginning of 'JWs' was/is the unveiling of propaganda within christendom. Its spiritual pattern is likened to circumcision. Its interesting how JWs are a teaching of measures that simply correct attitudes. Christendom is practically an adulterated way if you remove the veil. I compare the teachings to a crystal quartz. Waste matter becoming pure through the pressures of time.

In fact how about reading the bible without the Watchtower. As far as reading the bible goes you should read Revelation 22:19 And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book

@stephenallynhardin our founder is Jesus Christ not a modern man, the point here is not whether russell was right or wrong, but is the Bible right when it says at Acts 15.14. that God will take out of the nations a people for His NAME..........IT IS THE NAME OF JEHOVAH GOD......who is named Jehovah's Witness out of all the nations ? who is fulling the prophecy at Matthew 24.14........??????????? their is no other religion called by the name of Jehovah?????????? is there .. think about it

So what is their motive...Love for God and Christ and their fellow man
