  • How could this be done, no gi? Say... tossing an opponent who's wearing a short sleeve T-shirt.

  • @bthornRPL Trap the elbow with one hand (Clinch), Grab the wrist to execute throw. You would have to pummel under the Opponent if they are not wearing a Gi to get the T-Clinch position.

  • it's very effective to clinch before doing the throw, I saw this in various BJJ matches!

  • Well you are right that Meada taught the Gracies Judo,but at the same time the techniques in BJJ have no where near as many as Judo.The techniques in BJJ are different variations of Judo submissions.
