  • about the cam, I use a BulletHD cam

  • To sail the Tiger single handled is not much different from the 17 but I think that rightening a capsized Tiger is much more harder alone than the Tiger... I do most of the sailing with some of my friends. The Tiger is an incredible speed machine. My friend that I bought my Tiger from have been siling in 27,5 knots according to the GPS.

I hope all is well with you

    BR Hans

  • Thanks addmonkey and YODA ;) Its a big difference from the 17 actually. It feels like when you were sailing the 17 and a wind came suddenly, the 17 was accelerating quite slowly as the construction in itself is a little "soft" (and that consumes a bit of the energy). With the Tiger, as the construction is so much more stiffer in itself, a sudden wind results in an sudden acceleration...

  • Nice one Hans, how do you rate it with your favorite 17, and what cam did you use up on the mast :-) She's a great looking Rig

  • Great solo sailing! Love your boat!
