A brief experimental, asynchronous biographical collage of the American Poet, Hart Crane (1899-1932). The project began following a strict chronology but then through fate embraced Modernist aesthetic principles. Hopefully, this creates an affinity with Crane's poetic project remixing Crane's chronology to produce a sympathetic portrait .
Influences here include Crane's notions of "The Bridge" as "mystical synthesis of America", 'different rationales for poetic metaphor, Picasso's "Les Demoiselle's d'Avignon" (1907) and Crane's later fan, Allen Ginsberg and links with Burroughs/Gysins cut-up Surrealist/Dada inspired collage.
