are you all ignorant? >_> i have R9 WM, i will NEVER rank it higher and i crit 1k+dmg with it no prob... so unless you have horrid str and horrid crit rank how can you NOT?

It can do it with the proper stats, thank you. Hell, you could achieve 1k critical with a rank F WM with the proper stats. On top of that, I can't exactly see the small numbers on a youtube video, especially with a computer that slows down youtube to begin with, making it hard to see the details in a video. Thus, I ask whether it is rank 1. It's extremely childish to go bashing people over questions.

You can OBVIOUSLY see the long distance range of the Windmill, claiming that it's rank 1. And you can also notice the 1k critical he hit with it. I don't think that a rank 9 Windmill can hit that much now, can it?
