fact of the matter- is you willingly end the life of another human being in a non-self defense situation, or a non- assisted suicide situation, then it is murder. it does not matter in an individual or the state doe sit- it's wrong.

killing someone will not bring the other person back, it just lower the executioner to their level. two wrongs don't make a right. state authorized murder is still murder- IT"S JUST PLAIN WRONG!

Forget the religious debate, Old Testament, New Testament, it does not matter. My view against the death penalty is strictly from a procedural one. We allow a legal entity (our Government) to send people to their demise if 12people on a jury find beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed the capital murder (in Texas). I would be fine with this if anyone knew what the hell a reasonable doubt is. We will never know because humans are flawed; Innocent people will continue to be put to death.
