Video from The Salvation Army Christmas Center in Dallas of Angel Tree gifts being sorted, shelved and then going out for distribution. The three-week process is shown in about one minute.
@alexandbogey In this video, if you look on the right side you will see the shelves filling up with the white family bags. The left side shows toys from general toy donations (not for specific children). We use those items to make gift bags for children that nobody adopts from the Angel Tree or to supplement a child's gifts if he or she gets less donated gifts that his/her brothers and sisters.
@alexandbogey Thanks for asking this question. No, the gifts are not separated and given to others. Once you label them with the child's name and code number and put them into the red bag and seal it, we put that red bag into a white family bag that goes on a shelf, etc., that is dedicated for that code number so it will be there when the parent comes to get their children's gifts.

Are the gifts that we buy for one child really separated and distributed to others? I mean that's fine, but it appears they are.......
