All this bill is going to do is force more people out of work. Independent appraisers will have to work through Appraisal Management Companies who take a cut, and brokers will no longer be able to shop lenders for a mortgage. HVCC is an unconstitutional bill pushed through without any kind of consideration of stakeholder input, will violate anti-trust and price fixing laws and allow the few to control a monopoly on the appraisal market. another New World Order move for control of all the money.
