  • Cool ,gyrocopters in a strong wind,can and have hovered without power.This would make a great toy,or build one to sit in,inspect the farm from the air.He He

  • There was that Focke-Achgelis kite the U-Boats towed,

    but it had one rotor and a conventional aircraft tail. I used to see it at Wright-Pat. This works that way but with two concentric counter rotors for stability, like kiddee toy type RC helicopters or the Russian Kamov types. This is a kite variety of gyrocopter and nicely done.
