YouTube made me change the music, this song doesn't fit the video at all, but they would only put it back up if I changed it.If you grew up in the '70's....you'll love this.

In 3rd grade I drew a Jaws poster in art class, kids today will never know the fun they missed out on because of being cyberized into their unhealthy, stay-indoor brains. This video should use an appropriate song like "Generation Landslide" by Alice Cooper, or "Schools Out".

this video has cool pics and I remember lots of the stuff but I think using that song makes it seem like I'm supposed to feel sad, especially after the intro. Seeing those things makes me happy, not sad. and I remember the 60's and 70's having their own set of political and social problems, for example...watergate, vietnam? change the intro, change the song. why not use a pop song or songs from the time period instead of (rolls eyes) madonna?

Wacky Packages are back today. I actually have that Brooks Robinson '75 Topps card. People were less worried about everything then. You didn't need a suit of armor to ride your bike. People had senses of humor about stuff and laughed at themselves. Its a shame my kids won't know this kind of world.

Presented this by U like a doomsday message with Madonna 'This USED to be our playground' in background. Nice to see all the old toys but the 'message' in this video I don't accept. Lovely times they were & also are many reasons to STILL laugh in spite of radicals, 911 etc. The song say also The BEST things in life are free! Love & Family.

What I do is open a second tab on IE8 and play Madonna's "Playground" ( The song dresden24 has been "banned" from using ) and mute the song on the video. Works Great !

As much as I like the tech toys of today, I still look back at the toys of the 70's. They were more hands on and used your imagination. The Smash Up Derby cars were my favorite. And even TV was way better then. More of a variety of shows than having copycat "reality" shows on all channels. What I would give to relive those days again.

I had that Krazy Kar 0:26 and Hoppity Hop 1:10 and I STILL have the Mad Magazine with Charlie's Angels!! Had all the wacky packageing stickers too! Wish they still made "old school" skate boards....

Perhaps "If I could turn back time" by Cher would've been more appropos for this, but yeah...growing up in the 1970's was truly a time of innocence.
