We have a real problem with users accidentally calling 911. Is there a way to extend the length of time before Call manager sends the call?
Can't seem to cure stupidity I"ve already sent an email to 400+ users reminding them not to hangup but to tell the operator they dialed it by accident.
I come from a Nortel CS1000 enviroment and we could change the timing to like 4 seconds. The cisco is just too fast.
