Selling Your Home - Jacksonville Home Inspections
http://www.904inspect.com- Many times people selling their homes will paint, change the carpet, upgrade their kitchen or bathrooms to help make their home show better. What happens when the buyer hires a home inspector? Almost every time their items found during the home inspection that the seller was unaware of. So why not find out about these issues before you put your home on the market and make the repairs the home inspector finds. Then use what ever you have left in your budget to do the other cosmetic things.

  • I have to agree Pre-Listings are a great idea. It gives the seller plenty of time to deal with the issues. As always great job

  • Pre-listing Inspections are always a great idea. This way you can resolve potential problems before the home is placed on the market. This will place the seller in a better position for sell.
