@jackedup447 It's a big joke on T2. In that movie, Robert Patrick plays the T-1000 a robot from the future looking to kill John Conner as a kid, since he'll eventually become the one to lead humanity into rebellion and defeat the machines. Since he doesn't know exactly where Conner lives, he becomes a cop and begins asking around town (showing a picture of John) if people had seen him. And since they used the same actor to be this cop, it was meant as a bit of a parody on it.
