  • You don't count saturated fats? Aren't those pretty bad for you? Also; eggs contain lots of sat. fat, but you said the fat they contain is good. So I'm confused...?

  • @SaraHeartsRunning Here is the thing. Most obese people have cholestrol problems. their doctors have cut cholestrol from their diets, which then produces a response in the body to make cholestrol but it doesn't know how to stop. By giving these people cholestrol on a daily basis, their body will stop producing cholestrol, while ingesting protein. Eventually when people are leaner, you cut the egg yolk, and give egg whites only.

  • Why no WHEY protein?...thats what I have, lol.......

  • @TheLoveSiren Whey protein only stays in your system for 1/2 an hour then another half hour later you are starving. If you are bulking up and eating tons of food, whey is okay, but if you are dieting whey is not enough. After your protein shake there is 3 hours till your next meal. If you are hungry within an hour, you still have 2 hours of being hungry before you can have something.  That is hell. that is why we reccoment a slower relase protein shake that will last you 3 hours.
