@dynamis88rivera its ok I just thought you were rude by saying "if you know anyhting about weightlifting" to another person, as we all should know kilogram mean 1000 grams
i realize where you're coming from. myself along with the rest of my weightlifting team abbreviate differently, especially when speaking. we say either "kilos" or just say "k", our abbreviation for kilos. i apologize for not living by society's standard lingo
or, if you know anything about weightlifting, it means kilos (the system used to measure the amount lifted in Olympic weightlifting competitions. it's roughly 2.2lbs..."lbs" is an abbreviation for "pounds" just to clarify)

good but dont drop the head forward if you swing the bar a little in the snatch, you will lose it behind. ie. keep head neutral

Yony is a really good lifter. What happened to Carlos Andica? His squat jerk at the 2008 Olympics was legendary.

@dynamis88rivera oh, ok I thought it was a typo. I use kg instead of k because I use k to abbreviate thousands
