@dvlshdwst You just have to find a carbs/protein diet that works for you. When you're first losing the weight is the most important time you will ever have when working out. Make sure you memorize what you ate, and see what works for you. Don't be afraid to gain a little weight. Once you find something that works for you, you can have smooth bulking phases and amazing lean phases.

I have had the exact same situation as you! The key thing is that most people don't get enough carbs! Most of the time people eat enough protein, while their total calories are too low. Don't make that mistake. Make sure you get ALL your calories, preferably from lean foods. That way you will build muscle the fastest. However if you want to lose your belly, you have to cut off 200kcal, NOT MORE! This is essential! If you cut off more, you'll lose muscle. :)

The non-stick spray is brilliant! Once the egg white dries it's a pain in the butt. Try a little smoked paprika in the eggs, adds a nice savoriness.
