@TransiitionzHD o right. yes you drink it all in one go. its a myth that some of the protein will get wasted if you drink it all at once.

@stoo111 no no i know that, but do you drink the whole thing at once say i put 1.5 scoops with water in the morning, would i drink the whole thing or take like sips now and again?

@TransiitionzHD Im not quite sure what you mean, you put a scoop in the shaker, then as much water as you want, or 1.5 scoops with as much water as you want. The daily recommended amout is 3 scoops, and you can split that how you want.

@TransiitionzHD 1.5 scoops before and 1.5 scoops after, or u can have 1 in the morning, 1 before and 1 after, up to you really, I like to spread it out over the day.

i had a go at this at my gym aha, only managed 26
I have been researching etc about creatine and what it does etc but i would like to get Cyclone, do you take the whole thing i.e one cup mixed with water in the shaker before you workout at the gym and take the whole thing and after you workout or do you take it now and again in the workout? soo confused!

@TransiitionzHD - Yes definitely drink all in one go. For the best results take 2 servings a day.
If you train in the afternoon/evening, take 1 serving (1.5 scoops) mid morning, between breakfast and lunch and 1 serving directly after training
If you train in the morning, take 1 serving directly after training and 1 serving mid afternoon, between lunch /afternoon snack and dinner.
