  • Do you need another citizenship? We can help!

    Email: IdentityPress@yahoo.com

  • Pub.L. 101 649, Nov. 29, 1990 - anyone convicted of an aggravated felony on or after such date cannt natz, however person can get a 212(c) waiver and if granted can remain a citizen LPR - but cannot seek natz... remain in limbo until Congress changes the law.

  • The girl lady that called said that the guy was arrested in 1991. Bernstein said that agrevated felonies after Nov 1990 don´t qualify for citizenship but yet he told the lady he qualifies for a 12.2 waiver. What´s up with that?

  • Also, why didn't this person lose their green card in the first place? Is it possible to be eligible to keep your green card but not be someone that could be deported if applying for citizenship?

  • Would the person of the first scenario be able to get his green card renewed or would be also face deportation?
