I always joked about Blind Guardian, about how only nerds are into fantasy and role playing games, etc. Blind Guardian rocks hard has hell for "nerds". I love power metal and Blind Guardian is #1 for me!

@Nocrob1 Sorry, but DragonForce IS a good band. They're pretty decent melodic powermetal. The apellation "StudioForce" may be well deserved, but good melodic metal is good melodic metal, even when it's only any good recorded.

@Erolin2 They were originally speed metal. If you hear the first album that is a total speed metal album. They were originally called Lucifers Heritage. This is power metal yes but you must know they were speed metal. If you havnt heard the first album or the second I suggest it. Its great :)
