@yourhollisterbabe123 This is probably VERY late, but to really reduce the fat in your thighs you have to do cardio as well as exercise your thigh specifically.

Hey there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

@yourhollisterbabe123 it'll tone, but you cant just lose fat in a specific place.

@yourhollisterbabe123 you cant lose fat in just one area by doing exercise, your whole body feels the benefit because your muscles get bigger and use more fat reserves, making you thinner :)

-_- dude this question is for exercising is like asking if it's possible to print double sided for computers. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT REDUCING. Geez this question comes up so many times, and it's always the same answer. No excersise you will do will make you only lose fat in one area. Aerobics burns fat, Anaerobic build muscle (which also burns fat) this is more of a strength training obviously almost every exercises burns fat.
