@dismutased me and a couple of friends were walking down the street of london looking for a cash point. Then a prim and proper looking lady came up to us and asked us if we wanted to watch a film, for free! Of course we said YES! And ended up giving our details and buying the book, had calls from them after 6 hours and they want me to attend one of them counseling day. I really don't know what to do. They perked up as soon as they found out we were medical students.

Just so you know, you do't have to do counceling in the church. There is a book that gives you directions on how to do it. You just need a friend who is interested in it. On the other hand no other religeon gives you same result as this one. I really wanna try it and a lot from what they write makes perfect sense and backed up by science.

thank you for answering, I don't know much about the Scientology but I know they do counselling, but it Frastrates me that it is not FREE. Why is it not free? I do not know any religion that charged for counseling. That I feel is wrong, and I hope they change their ways on that. I got a quote for $5,000 to do about 15 hours if counseling. I mean, I'd love to do that but It is just SO expensive. Do you agree?

@potsinfo He definitely did take receive psychiatric treatment according to his autobiography and info from it available on the LRH wikipedia page, not sure if he received medication but most likely did. That was before he came up with Dianetics and Scientology though. He suffered depression and unstable moods after he left military service.

Oh ignore my question, should of watched your video all the way through :) I see you were obviously a member of scientology and a high level member too by the sounds of it. It's a good thing you are speaking out to warn others, brave thing to do as well.

Were you ever in Scientology? I once nearly got tricked by Scientology with their personality test.

I was just wondering, did I hear it right that Mr. Hubbard take psychiatric medication? and how do we know? Because I've heard that they are very much against medication. So sorry, I'm just confused, if you can please help me understand it?

I don't think Elron Hubbard was the problem. I think he created a machine/complex that spun out of control.
