Using 13mm triple wall bronze polycarbonate as clerestories. This is a easy way to allow light in. The polycarbonate at 13mm thick is virtually hail proof and has a r value of 1.5. I have it spanning 36" on a 12/12 pitch or 45 degrees. For splices I use 4mm twinwall. The splices are 8" wide. I then silicone it with 4" laps. On less pitched roofs you should use EPDM rubber with contact adhesive.
